DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom. For orders up to 80 square metres the delivery cost in England and Wales is £85. This quantity of flooring can be placed on one pallet but if ordering more than 80 sq metres each additional pallet of up to 80 sq metres will cost £45. For deliveries to Scotland and the Channel Islands, please contact us and we will find the most competitive rate.
Please note that we do not make a profit on delivery. The costs of our haulier are passed on to you. Should you wish to collect the flooring yourself, you are welcome to do so and avoid the delivery charge.
Once the flooring is collected from our depot by the haulier, we will let you have their number so that you can arrange a convenient time for delivery. On the day of delivery please can you ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the flooring. The driver could assist you in off loading the flooring if asked. In addition, if there is an access problem can you let us know as we need to inform our haulier.
